The double glazed front window looks straight out on to the beach and sea - beautiful on a sunny day and exciting in winter when a storm sweeps into the bay. |

The modern and airy kitchen and dining area has an extendable table with 4 designer chairs, a microwave, a Neff touch control hob and double oven, a Bosch fridge freezer and dishwasher. |

The bathroom is on the ground floor with a large feature shower and heated floor and towel rails. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the outhouse accessed through the kitchen stable door. |

Stairs lead from the sitting room to the two bedrooms on the first floor. The front room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and en suite toilet. The view directly onto the beach and the sea is simply stunning; you can check out the state of the tide before leaving your bed! |

The second bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. A cot and high chair are available. |

Outside at the front there a delightful slate patio overlooking the beach and slipway, as well as St Hywyn’s Church, Cardigan Bay and the Gull Islands. Where better to tackle the crossword, relax, and enjoy the sun!. |
