Coronavirus Response
After four months of closure we are pleased to be able to re-open. As
you can imagine, a great deal of thought has gone into making sure that
our guests are as safe as possible in the current Coronavirus pandemic.
Due to the Covid situation we have put enhanced cleaning protocols in
place. In order for the enhanced cleaning we have had to amend check in
times to 5.00pm and check out times to 9.00am.
Under the Covid cleaning routines all towels and bedding are laundered
professionally, except for kitchen towels, tea-towels, and oven cloths
which for the time being are not supplied, so please can you bring
your own.
As part of the enhanced cleaning, the property will be fogged after each
occupancy using the following products:
· ANTI-BACTERIAL EN1276
LOG KILL 6 = 99.9999%
· ANTI-VIRAL EN14476 LOG
KILL 4.33 = 99.99%
· ANTI-FUNGAL EN1650 LOG
KILL 6 = 99.9999%
We have also received a “We’re Good to Go” industry standard mark
designed by VisitEngland in partnership with the national
tourist organisations Tourism Northern Ireland, VisitScotland and Visit
Wales. This mark shows that we have clear processes in place and are
following industry and Government COVID-19 guidance on cleanliness and
social distancing.
